We love sharing the stories of the jewellery we create. Recently, we have been working with Kirryn, a client who gave us the chance to help her design a ring in which to set no less than twenty-six diamonds.
The diamonds came to us set within a ring that Kirryn already owned. Our job was to unset these stones and work with her to design and create an entirely new ring in which they would be mounted. Kirryn wanted to create a truly statement piece, and chose a unique pearl from our collection to centre the design.
With Kirryn’s guidance, Geoff drew up ideas, to be made in platinum, based around the classic ‘cocktail-ring’ shape. The pearl would sit in the centre of the twenty smaller round diamonds, with the remaining baguette and princess cut diamonds set either side into the shoulders of the ring.
