Green Beryl

Notes on this Gemstone

Green beryl is of the same family as emeralds and some folk in the profession refer to them as emeralds. We don't. They exhibit a pale green colour, almost peridot-like. This gem is a lovely, clean example. Subtlety in excelsis!
